I have a 360 Smart Cam that will not connect. I've reset it several times my router is a dual band router 2.4GHz & 5GHz. I think it keeps trying the 5GHz band and I can't get it connect.

I have a 360 smart cam, it was working fine for a while, but now I am getting a message that say "target ID off line, but everything is connected. I dont understand what is going on with it and cant seem to get it working again.
